THE MUSIC

My musical research grows out of the desire to explore new sonic territories, where Eastern and Western instruments can converse freely, moving beyond geographical, stylistic and cultural borders. The raga, an ancient musical form of the Indian tradition, thus becomes not only a language but a creative archetype, able to generate ever-new compositions, improvisations and sound experiences.

This meeting of musical cultures distant in time and space does not aim at a simple fusion of genres, but at the creation of an original, living language, able to reveal unexpected connections between tradition and the contemporary.

Every performance thus becomes a journey towards that universal, primordial sound which, like an invisible thread, binds together all the music of the world and still inspires new possibilities of expression today.
